Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Payment for goods can only be made using one of the following credit/debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, Solo, JCB or Switch using Worldpay as the secure server. The WorldPay secure form opens in a separate window. A bar at the bottom of the page shows a closed padlock, which means that you are now in a secure area. WorldPay hosts this page and provides online payment processing to process your order more quickly. On this page you are asked to supply your credit card details. Check that the information is correct, and then click "Confirm order details".

Shipping And Handling We have a flat rate of £9.50 Standard Shipping and Handling Fee.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 14 business days.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK, 15% VAT is added.

If, upon delivery of your order, the goods are damaged or incorrect, please return the items. The cost of any postage incurred will be refunded to your debit/credit card. The goods will be refunded or replaced according to your instructions. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Returns Policy If, upon delivery of your order, you change your mind and wish to return all or part of your order for any reason, you may do so within 7 working days of delivery, provided it has not been used. You are responsible for paying the return postage and packaging (using adequate packaging) and we refund your debit/credit card with an amount equivalent to the original purchase price of the returned goods (including their original postage charge) within 30 days.
