Colour - deep amber

Aroma - sweet, smooth and mellow; marshmallow, a hint of citrus. Definite treacle toffee.

Taste - warming and nicely rounded; citrus comes through with a hint of bitter chocolate.

Finish - full and lingering with just a hint of peat.
