TOMATIN 25YO SINGLE MALT

The 25 yo was introduced in 2004 as a standard bottling and is a malt of depth and complexity.

Bottled at 43% ABV. 70cl.

Nose - The nose has a wondrous combination of ripe pears and orange zest over the resins of pine or cedar. Complex and enticing.

Taste - The taste is honey-sweet for an instant; thereafter, dry, nutty and savoury, though the sweetness hovers on the edge of one’s consciousness well into the long dry aftertaste.

Finish - The memory of the dram is chewy and long-lasting.

Cask - Matured in refill American oak casks
