We like to have some fun with the cask types we use and how we combine them, and Creation #7 is no different. Our seventh creation marries Pineau des Charentes Rouge casks and Virgin Oak casks, producing flavours of rhubarb and custard, heather smoke and a light, sweet oak spice.
