At Tomatin we are more than just another whisky distillery. Since 1897, our people have worked hard to build the Tomatin community that exists today and lies at the heart of everything we do. We produce quality single malt and blended Scotch whisky in an area of stunning natural beauty which has rich whisky making traditions dating back to the 1500s.

Explore our whisky distillery and learn how we produce our award-winning whiskies. You will be taken on a walk through time, from our beginnings in 1897 through the height of production in the 1970s, to the present day.
Gift a Tour
Please select the number of tickets you would like to give. The Gift Certificate can be used for purchases online or at the distillery for tours only. Not valid for other distillery goods or services (bottles, merchandise. etc). Once submitted, the Gift Certificate will be created and sent within 1-2 days.
VISIT TOMATIN
Our Visitor Centre is open 7 days from 09:30 to 17:30
The Tomatin retail store will be closed on the 24th, 25th, 26th and 31st December and then again on the 1st and 2nd January. All other days we will be open as usual 9.30am until 5.30pm daily.
Disabled access is available to most parts of the whisky distillery, let us know of any specific requirements when booking. Guide and assistance dogs are permitted in the Visitor Centre, however, as much as we would like to, we cannot accommodate other pets at the distillery.
