New Cocktail: Rob Roy

A Portuguese twist on a classic, Tomatin Legacy, Sweet Vermouth & Ginginha. A perfectly balanced drink, just a little sweet, just a little bitter.

60ml Tomatin Legacy

15ml Carpano antica formula

15ml Ginginha liqueur

3 dash angostura

3 dash angostura orange

2 dash barrel-aged bitters 

  1. Add the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.
  2. Strain into a cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
