2011 UK Exclusive Pedro Ximénez Single Cask

Distilled on 25 March 2011, Cask No. 37316 spent thirteen years of its maturation in a first-fill PX sherry butt before being bottled exclusively for the United Kingdom.

Personally selected by our expert team, the whisky has been gently matured to develop a complex flavour profile. Tomatin’s soft, fruit-led spirit deepens with layers of dark chocolate and warm spice, creating an elegant balance of distillery character and rich sherried profile.

Tasting Notes:

NOSE: Candied orange peel, berry compote, honey and vanilla sugar.

PALATE: Rich dark chocolate, sultanas and tarte tatin.

FINISH: Long, lingering finish with baking spices.
