Made with lightly peated Scottish barley and matured in a variety of casks to unlock unusual flavours, creating a subtly smoky + surprisingly sweet spirit to be enjoyed all year round 🥃

Creation #2 is rich and lively, accompanied by our signature wisp of smoke 💨

Due to the unconventional nature of oak use in Shochu production, Shochu casks are rare and incredibly difficult to source. Luckily for us we were able secure some back in 2012. Creation #2 spent more than half of its maturation in Shochu casks which have brought estery notes of pear drops and fresh lime 🍋‍🟩
