We are pleased to announce that the Highland Whisky Festival will be back for 2023. The festival will take place between 22nd September – 30th September 2023. Nine famous Highland Distilleries are celebrating a brand-new Whisky Festival, supporting the established Highland Whisky Trail.
The Highland Whisky Festival is a celebration of the region’s finest distilleries on the North Coast 500 route. Balblair, Clynelish, Glenmorangie, Old Pulteney, The Dalmore, The Singleton of Glen Ord, our very own Tomatin Distillery, Brora, and anCnoc each will host visitors from around the world, showcasing their centuries of tradition, process and craft through exclusive tastings, tours and events. It’s an unmissable experience for even the most seasoned of whisky enthusiasts.

Our day at Tomatin Distillery is Friday 29th September, all guests that join us for a tour on our festival day will receive a complimentary cocktail after their tour from Highland Mixology plus, guests on our Stillman and the Cù Bòcan 10 Year Anniversary Tour will also receive a commemorative Tomatin Distillery Highland Whisky Festival 2023 Hoodie.

Stillman’s Tour with Stillman David – Available on 29th September ONLY.
Join our Stillman, David Milne, for a bespoke tour of Tomatin Distillery where he will offer a unique insight into what exactly makes Tomatin single malt. Enjoy unrivalled access to all aspects of whisky production from malt to maturation. Taste our surprisingly sweet and mellow new make spirit and a selection of four Tomatin Single Malt expressions throughout this tour.
We will run two Stillman’s tours at 10.30am and 1.30pm, £50pp.

Cù Bòcan 10 Year Anniversary Tour – Available on 29th September ONLY.
We will be hosting our first ever Cù Bòcan dedicated tour, to celebrate 10 years of Cù Bòcan! This is truly a world first tour experience, guests will be invited to join us on a journey of flavour, unravel subtleties of smoke, characterful casks and the mastery of maturation! Unlock the Unusual with this truly unique and experimental experience.
We will run a single tour at 2.30pm for two hours, £35pp.

A Tasty Treat
On the day from 12pm we have Cheese & Tomatin, a local family run artisan pizzeria based in the Highlands. Showcasing Scotland’s finest ingredients on traditional Neapolitan style wood fired pizza. All of their pizzas are created using their own sourdough, homemade Napoli sauce and fresh mozzarella. Delicious.
The Legacy Tour. Available throughout the Highland Whisky Festival.
Explore our whisky distillery and learn how we produce our award-winning whiskies. You will be taken on a walk through time, from our beginnings in 1897 through the height of production in the 1970s, to the present day. Finish with a tutored tasting of three of our single malts, Tomatin Legacy, Tomatin 12 year old and our lightly peated sister brand, Cù Bòcan Signature.
Running on the hour from 10an until 4pm, £15pp.
