Creation #7 can be described in two words: Rhubarb and Custard

Our anticipated seventh edition in the Creations series marries Pineau des Charentes Rouge casks and Virgin Oak casks with our lightly peated spirit, producing flavours of rhubarb and custard, heather smoke and sweet oak spice.

This experimental cask maturation with rare Pineau de Charentes Rouge Casks has a natural colour and is non-chill filtered. It is lightly peated, allowing the drinker to explore the subtleties of smoke.
