DESCRIPTION

This single malt Scotch Whisky has been fully matured in a 1st fill ex-Bourbon cask and bottled in small batches at 59.6% as a distillery exclusive, only available to purchase from our Visitor Centre or distillery website. The ex-Bourbon cask has imparted delicious hints of oatcake, manuka honey, Madagascan vanilla ice cream and white chocolate. A firm favourite amongst our Visitor Centre team, the sweetness continues with even more honey and white chocolate before a crisp and balanced finish.
