DESCRIPTION
This unique single malt Scotch Whisky has been fully matured in a Virgin Oak cask from Kelvin Cooperage in Kentucky and bottled in small batches at 61.5% as a distillery exclusive, only available to purchase from our Visitor Centre or distillery website.
This single cask bottling boasts aromas of oaky spices, dried ginger and cinnamon sugar, followed by hints of Daim bar and desiccated coconut. There’s an abundance of red berry and freshly squeezed orange, reminiscent of Victoria sponge cake dusted with cinnamon.
