Sharing true Highland warmth from our home to yours to yours
In 1897 Tomatin was nothing but an isolated and idyllic setting for a distillery. With the new Highland Railway came opportunities, and so the distillery was born. Since then, the distillery has been at the heart of the community and the community at the heart of the distillery. Today, the Tomatin Legacy lives on in the form of an exciting and varied range of Highland single malt Scotch whiskies.

The Sherry Collection 3 of 3 — Pedro Ximenez edition.
With only 2,940 available worldwide, this Pedro Ximénez Edition is the oldest and the rarest expression in our new limited-edition Sherry Collection.
🥃 An indulgent nose of sticky toffee pudding and espresso gives way to a layered sweetness of dates, golden syrup and muscovado sugar on the palate. Look for a citrus lift of lemon curd and a lingering finish of rum, raisin and dark chocolate.

Presented at 46%, non-chill filtered and with natural colour, the Palo Cortado Edition is second in a trio of limited-edition releases in our new Sherry Collection.
🥃 Inviting aromas of cinder toffee and dried orange lead you into a palate packed with notes of creamy milk chocolate, Brazil nuts and toasted fruit loaf. Its complex finish is tangy and accented by black tea and ginger.

The Sherry Collection 1 of 3 — Manzanilla edition.
The first of three captivating expressions in our new Sherry Collection, the Manzanilla Edition is bottled non-chill filtered at 46% abv, and with natural colour.
🥃 Each pour presents aromas of salty popcorn and sourdough bread, balanced by notes of dried fruits, chamomile tea, grapefruit and maple syrup on the palate.
