Distillery Exclusive: Archive Batch #2

Our Distillery Archive is a marriage of archived samples from our collection, creating a truly unique Tomatin single malt. This is only our second batch, and it is limited to just 500 bottles. As a distillery exclusive, the Distillery Archive is only available to purchase from our Visitor Centre or website.

Tasting notes have been provided by Marie, a tour guide and esteemed member of our Visitor Centre team:
“On the nose, this single malt is sweet and zesty, bursting with aromas of lime, pineapple and ripe apples. Notes of liquorice and maple syrup ensue, with a floral hint of fresh green grass. On the palate there is an initial light sweetness followed by caramel, sultanas, star anise and blossom honey with a refreshing finish reminiscent of green tea. We recommend a drop of water for added sweetness.”
