DESCRIPTION

This single malt Scotch Whisky has been matured in a 1st fill Oloroso Sherry cask and bottled in small batches at 59.7% as a distillery exclusive, only available to purchase from our Visitor Centre or distillery website. Our “Sherry Bomb” exudes a sumptuous aroma of Oloroso fruits, plum, sultana and cherry combined with golden syrup, Brandy snaps and candied walnuts. The Sherry cask has imparted bucket loads of flavour including notes of brown butter, black forest gateau and Christmas cake, followed by a dry and satisfying finish. A favourite amongst our visitors to the distillery this Summer.
