Castle Stuart Golf Links celebrated its grand opening round on July 13, 2009. Precisely 15 years later, a rare Single Malt Scotch Whisky from the multi-award winning Tomatin Distillery will be bottled exclusively for Cabot Highlands to celebrate the course’s quindecennial.

Tomatin Distillery, a longtime Cabot Highlands partner, has hand selected this batch of exquisite whisky, aged 15 years in the finest bourbon barrel located in the heart of the Scottish Highlands. This expression will be available for purchase exclusively from Cabot Highlands in a limited run of 320 units. Bottled at 46% strength, this bespoke barrel leads with creamy vanilla and toffee flavours complimented by a hint of spice that balance Tomatin’s signature orchard and citrus fruit characteristics.
