Distillery Exclusive Single Cask: Oloroso 2010

This single malt Scotch Whisky has been matured in an Oloroso Sherry cask and bottled in small batches at 58.5% as a distillery exclusive, only available to purchase from our Visitor Centre or distillery website.

Nose:

Our “Sherry Bomb” exudes a sumptuous aroma of dried fruits, leather, tobacco, cloves, raisins, sultanas, and dark chocolate.

Palate and Finish:

The Sherry cask has imparted bucket loads of flavour including notes of dried figs, molasses, dark toffee, bitter orange peel giving way to a full-bodied nutty oak finish.
